It was only yesterday that news leaked through the cracks that ASUS will be launching its Eee Box computer at Computex Taipei in June and now MSI has stepped up to the plate to show off its Wind PC box computer.

MSI's version will also pack in Intel's Atom processor at 1.6GHz, a motherboard using the Intel 945GC + ICH7 chipsets (with passive heatsink cooling), 1GB DDR2 533 memory SO-DIMM, 160GB 3.5" HDD storage space, DVD combo SATA drive, gigabit LAN, 4-in-1 card reader and internal Mini PCI-E interface supporting WiFi / TV tuner card.

MSI claim that noise levels will be a little over 30dba and will consume just 30 watts of power, even though it will come with a 65 watt power adapter. VR-Zone managed to get what looks to be barebones shots of the Wind PC box.

MSI will surely have this on display at Computex and we will cover in around three weeks as the show begins.
